This 2nd blog, I want to share new discovered beaches in Panglao Island.

On the fares, there are changes of rates. Approximately, 20-30% of rates are increased. But I prefer you will ride Habal-Habal vehicle or privatized motorized vehicle. Deal with the driver that offers and accept negotiations to you.

What do you need to know

  • The beach is a little bit rocky but the powdery sand awaits you some part.
  • The rock formations in the shores are good for instagrammable posts
  • Green algae are everywhere in the shores. Don't worry, it is safe and dont mind it. Just focus on your swimming or picture pose
  • There are 2 ways to enter in this beach. You can arrive in the beachfront following the direction where: - Bohol Shores is located and- Flushing Meadows
  • For me, I prefer to go in this undiscovered beach on the way where Flushing Meadows is located. The road has cemented way going to the beachfront unlike in Bohol Shores, 200meters from the gate, the cemented part of the road stops and you have to walk going to the shore. The way is still rocky and that is why, i prefer you to use the Flushing Meadow's road!
  • The beachfront is not straight since the Flushing Meadows cut off some part of the beachfront. They even add reclaimed land to have like a port. It's a little bit weird situation on the beachfront.
  • However, longer beachfront is located on the side of Flushing Meadows.
  • In the Bohol Shore side, the beachfront is surrounded by rocks (small and even large rocks that looks like a cave).
  • I recommend you to wear rubberized shoes since the rocks are very sharp
  • Also, if you wanted to have poses in the rock formations, there are no government agencies to help you in case of emergency. Be vigilant in your adventures especially in walking the shore in the Bohol Shore side
  • Do not attempt to enter in Flushing Meadows or Bohol Shores. Just stay in the beachfront
  • There are no commercial establishments and private cottages for rent. You have to bring stuffs that are essential to your adventure.

1st entry point going to the beach, turn to the Left Side (Bohol Shores and Bee Farm Signage)

This is what I want you to tell. The Flushing meadows blocked the whole shoreline. Huhuhu.
